Parting with an important person
This is a choker-style necklace from a distant other world. It is said that the girl who wears it is a survivor of the "Cetra," and when equipped it dispels dark forces and enhances the power of holy light magic. She wears it when she parts with the person most important to her and takes a new step forward, representing her resolve.
The English version explicitly states that it refers to Zack.
