The new visual artwork is full of homage to the OG disc covers
—Changing the subject, after the new logo was revealed yesterday, three visuals of Cloud, Aerith, and Sephiroth standing side by side were also released. Those basically recreate the disc label prints from the original FF7, right?
【Hamaguchi】: Yes, those are indeed full of homage。

More worried about the planet's future than anyone
A flower girl who, as the last of the Cetra, possesses the power to hear the voice of the Planet. Perceiving early on the crisis Sephiroth brings upon the star, she joins Cloud and the others on their journey.
Behind her strong demeanor, she is more worried about the planet's future than anyone, and quietly faces her own fate。
Aerith looks at animals and says they're cute
【Q】: You mentioned before that Red XIII is your favorite character. So if Tifa and Red XIII got into a fight, who would win?
【Hamaguchi】: Hmm…
What I mean is, unlike a character like Aerith—when Aerith sees an animal, she might say: “Oh my, that's so cute!”Tifa doesn't have that kind of hesitation. So she'd probably just go straight up and punch him.
The nuance I wanted to convey was: in a truly serious fight, Tifa probably wouldn't hold back; whereas Aerith might act cleverly, doing her best to avoid ending up in a situation where she'd have to fight seriously in the first place.
I absolutely didn't mean to convey that “Tifa is violent.”
It seems what I wanted to say in the interview wasn't properly conveyed, so I'm adding a clarification here.
FF ~Uematsu wants to talk about music, sounds nice, right? (tentative)~

Among the drinks there was “A Flower Blooming in the Church.”
In a city covered in steel and dust, somehow, only a single flower is in bloom.
The fragrance of white fruit and flowers slowly spreads out—a light and endearing cocktail.
