Final Fantasy VII collaboration ending, going to the promised land
When collaborating with Echo, the character is forced to wear Aerith's outfit, and at the ending Aerith's theme song will play, with the following line spoken:
【Echo】: This is the light of the planet — not this planet, but the light of your homeland that remains in your memory.
【Cloud】: Homeland? Even if you say that...
【Echo】: You don't remember? It seems you've lost your homeland
【Cloud】: You mean I've lost my memories?
【Player】: Do you want to get back your memories of the past?
【Cloud】: ...Not interested. Whatever my past self was like, who I am now is who I am
【Player】: Then tell me — how does the present you see the light of that homeland you can't remember?
【Cloud】: A gentle... and warm light.
If that's a planet filled with such light, going back wouldn't be so bad
【Echo】: You can't go back. No one can return to the past
【Cloud】: ...Is that so
【Echo】: Though you can't return to your memories, you can move toward the future.
If you wish to go to a new world, the crystal will guide you on your journey. To your — no, your "promised land."
