The "crystal" that belongs to Cloud is the White Materia
After he defeated Sephiroth, he obtained the crystal that was his own, the "White Materia"
(Each generation's protagonist has a crystal of their own, representing "their own hope," such as Firion's "wild rose," Tidus's "blitzball," Squall's "feather," etc.)
The person Cloud wants to see is in the flower field
In the lead-up to the final battle, he tells Sephiroth that whether seeking a reason to fight or pursuing answers, it is all by his own will, and that he has someone he truly wants to see。
After defeating Chaos, Cloud, carrying the White Materia, walks toward the field of yellow flowers and returns to his own world.
